How do I get my story listed?

If you have your story hosted somewhere, send me the address. If you need a host, send the story to me and I will host it for you, free of charge. ;o) No story will be hosted here without the author's consent!

What happens if my story doesn't get listed?

I will list any Avengers story that is worth reading (ie: written in understandable English). If it isn't here yet, I may not have found it yet or nobody told me about it, so pls write me and tell me so.

I just read a great story but I don't see it listed on your site. Why not?

Can I post my story at THE AVENGERS LIBRARY website?

Yes. Send it over and I will host it. I will put it in the site format, so you can send me a .doc or .txt file. If there is any style or font formats (bold, italic...), I will try to respect them since often it does have an impact on the story emphasis. No story will be hosted here without the author's consent! (yes, I know I'm repeating myself! *g*)

Can I contribute reviews to your site?

YES! For now, this site is more a listing, but I'd love to have one or more reviews for each story, so feel free to email me your reviews of any of the Avengers stories you found online.

My story isn't on the Web yet but if I send it to you will you review it for me?

Nope. Only stories listed here will be --at some point-- reviewed.

I've created a piece of fanfic art - will you announce it through your site?

If you have created graphics related to any of the Avengers stories listed on this site, yes, you may send it or its address and I will add a link with the review. It has to be decent, however. No porn thankyouverymuch!  I come from the Xenaverse where book cover is very popular in the fanfic world, so I'd be happy to see some in the Avengers universe too.

I tried to email you but I get a message saying the address is wrong, why is that?

Because to avoid having sniffers and crawlers finding my address and then overloading it with SPAM, I didn't write it correctly on purpose. You might see: eee_urp& # 64;hotmail.com If this happens, you will have to replace the & # 64; by the @ sign.

I'd like to read one of the stories in the LOST STORIES page or some other story that is apparently no longer on the web. Is there any way I can get that story?

Since the Web is in constant movement, sites pop up and die or move without notice and you can stumble on a broken link. Sometimes, the author simply doesn't want them to show up online anymore, for multiple reasons. I'll try to repertoriate those lost stories, but I'll need you to tell me when you find (or don't find!) a lost story.

To get a lost story, launching help in related mailing lists or newsgroup might give some result, or at least let you know the email address of the author as to write and ask them for that particular story.

On an aside - when you read a story you like MAKE SURE TO SAVE A COPY IN YOUR OWN PC!!!. There is NO guarantee that the story will remain available on the web. Webmaster and writer change interests and sometimes a website gets abandoned until it's erased by the provider. If you stumble on a broken link, let me know and I will list those in the LOST STORIES listing.

Is it better to post a story in parts or wait until it's finished?

I personally will host only finished stories. And I prefer to read finished stories. But the author's free to put any unfinished stories online. If you do want your story listed here and it isn't finished but hosted somewhere else, please let me know so I can add it with a warning for folks like me who prefer finish product.
